Hi!  I am Patricia Prince and I have been where you are.  I felt okay.  I was busy raising my children.  I had a stressful career.  I had late nights and early mornings taking care of my patients and my family. I had no time to take care of me.  And I certainly thought I had no time to exercise.  I was too tired.  

Then I got cancer.  Just like they said.  My unhealthy lifestyle, stress and not working out regularly wore me out.  And I got sick.  

Now, it was time to get serious.  I renewed my passion for fitness.  I decided it was time to take my health and my life back.  And now I want to help you do it too.
